Shifted: Oxford Ltd ("Shifted", "we", "us") is a hospitality staffing platform registered in England and Wales (company no. 14829412), with its registered office at 12 Cornmarket St, Oxford OX1 3EX.
What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you sign up — name, email, phone, address, right-to-work documentation, certifications, bank details (for workers), and venue/billing details (for clients). We also collect operational data: shift history, ratings, messages on the platform.
Why we collect it
To match workers to shifts, process payroll, generate invoices, comply with HMRC and AWR obligations, and maintain platform safety. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How long we keep it
Worker payroll records are retained for 6 years per HMRC requirements. Other personal data is deleted within 30 days of account closure unless we have a legal obligation to retain it.

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@shiftedoxford.com.
