Shifted: Oxford is a hospitality staffing and recruitment platform serving the city's kitchens, bars, dining rooms and hotels. We provide flex shifts, permanent placements, and the boring-but-essential infrastructure around both — payroll, compliance, insurance, AWR tracking — so operators can spend their time on guests, and workers can spend theirs being good at the job.

Our team is six people. Three of us have run kitchens or floors in our time. The other three are the operators, engineers and account managers who keep the platform humming. We work above the Covered Market, drink in the venues we staff, and answer our phones.

We're independently owned, profitable, and not for sale. We charge venues a fair margin on shifts worked, and we never deduct anything from the worker's wage. That's the deal.
