Shifted: Oxford is a hospitality staffing and recruitment platform serving the city's kitchens, bars, dining rooms and hotels. We provide flex shifts, permanent placements, and the boring-but-essential infrastructure around both — payroll, compliance, insurance, AWR tracking — so operators can spend their time on guests, and workers can spend theirs being good at the job.

We work in Oxford, drink in the venues we want to staff, and answer our phones.

We're independently owned and not for sale. We charge venues a fair margin on shifts worked, and we never deduct anything from the worker's wage. That's the deal.
